At Sam’s Club we are member obsessed and are continuously working to provide an easier and more convenient shopping experience for our members. The latest changes to our perks will make it easier for members to get the products they want when and how they want them. There are no changes to the membership fees. 

Starting August 19: 

Plus members get free Delivery from Club on eligible orders of $50 or more. 

Club members can try Delivery from Club for just $12.  

New!  For faster service members have new Express Delivery from Club just an extra $8. 

Club members now get free Curbside Pickup on eligible orders of $50 or more. 

Delivery from Club 

How does Delivery from Club work? 

With Delivery from Club you can shop items like fresh produce meats groceries and more from your club and have them delivered to your door all without leaving home. Order online or in the Sam’s Club app then select Express same-day or next-day service. During checkout you can opt to greet your driver or have them leave your delivery at the door. 

How much is Delivery from Club? 

Delivery fees are based on the speed of delivery you choose and whether you’re a Plus or Club member. Same-day or next-day delivery is free for Plus members on eligible orders of $50 or more (otherwise the fee is $8). Delivery is $12 for Club members.  

If you need your order faster select Express during checkout. It’s just $8 extra to get your delivery within a few hours. You’ll see all available options during checkout. 

Curbside Pickup 

What is Curbside Pickup? 

With Curbside Pickup you can shop your club and pick up your order all without leaving your car. Order online or in the Sam’s Club app. When your order is ready check in via text or app head to the club and park in a Curbside Pickup spot. We’ll even load your car for you. 

What does Curbside Pickup cost? 

Curbside Pickup is always free for Plus members. For Club members it’s free on eligible orders of $50 or more (otherwise there’s a $4 fee per order).

Is the cost of membership increasing? 

No. We are just making it easier for our members to shop at the club conveniently with access to Curbside Pickup and Delivery from Club with more value. 

Why do members need to reach a cart minimum? 

By adding a cart minimum we are increasing access to different ways of shopping for all members. This will make it easier for you to get the products you want the way and at the time you want. 

For Club members: 

Curbside Pickup will be free when you spend a minimum of $50 per eligible order instead of our historical flat $4 fee. 

For Plus members: 

Delivery from Club will be free on eligible orders of $50 or more giving you faster access to our in-club assortment including fresh produce meat and ready-to-eat meals.

If a member doesn’t meet the minimum spending requirements what happens? 

It’s okay if you don’t meet the minimum spending requirements. In that case the below fees will apply: 

For Club members: 

$4 fee for Curbside Pickup on eligible items when you spend less than $50 order.  

For Plus members: 

$8 fee for Delivery from Club for eligible orders less than $50. 

An extra $8 fee for Express Delivery from Club for eligible orders less than $50. 

Does tax count towards the minimum spending requirement? 

The $50 minimum spend requirement is pre-tax so your basket order will need to be $50 of eligible items before taxes are applied to qualify. 

Where is Delivery from Club available? 

We currently provide Delivery from Club to most residences that are within a 15-mile radius of a Sam’s Club. We are working to expand our delivery radius so continue to check back for more. You may check whether your address is eligible for Delivery from Club here. 

Is same-day Curbside Pickup available? 

Yes but it is subject to slot availability. You can check available slots online or in the app.
